Questions for sellers
-
How can I sell my products on ZICERO?
Once registered, products can be submitted via an online form and published following review by ZICERO.
-
What products am I allowed to sell on the platform?

-
What requirements do I need to meet as a seller?
To sell on our marketplace, you first need to register and set up your payment account via our payment provider, so that payments can be processed securely and payouts made reliably. You then list your product, ensuring it meets our quality criteria – we clearly outline the key points during the listing process. Upload clear, high-quality images and write a clear, comprehensive description; ideally, include dimensions (e.g. L × W × H) and the weight in kilograms so that potential buyers know exactly what to expect. Also state the exact location/collection point.
-
Is there a sales commission?
Yes, 10% of the gross sales price. This is paid directly to ZICERO by the payment service provider.
-
How much should a product be sold for?
It is up to the seller to decide how much the product should cost in the end.

ZICERO and sustainability
-
Why is ZICERO sustainable?
ZICERO is sustainable because the platform focuses precisely on the area where the greatest environmental impact can be made in industry and the construction sector: galvanised steel products that have already been manufactured. Instead of scrapping surplus components, those left over from projects or no longer needed, they are made visible via ZICERO and reintegrated into the economic cycle. Every instance of reuse means that no new energy-intensive production is required, thereby saving raw materials, energy and CO₂.
